To have our support on QIOS DevSuite choose one of the following:
- Returning customer
Are you a returning customer? Then new purchases can be added to your existing Support ID. Manage your subscriptions here.
- One year support subscription
With this subscription you are entitled to submit support questions for one year. The support subscription will become active 30 days after the initial subscription has been bought.
Support Subscription - 1 year
1 x 5 user pack - €149 or $209
additional packs, bought at the same time, are available at reduced price
- Renew support subscription
When the support subscription expires, you can only renew a support subscription before or within 30 days from expiration date. A renewal will extend the subscription with one year.
Support Subscrition Renewal - 1 year
1 x 5 user pack - €99 or $139
additional packs, bought at the same time, are available at reduced price
- Immediate support
If you don't want to purchase a support subscription, or you want your new annual support subscription to be active immediate after purchase, you can purchase immediate support. When not purchasing a support subscription at the same time, this will give you support for one issue.

One issue immediate support - €199 or $259
E-mail procedure
QIOS will process your order immediately and automatically on receiving the purchase confirmation. Part of this processing is that we will send an e-mail to the address you provided on ordering. This e-mail contains all the information you will need to activate our product.
Important
Please make sure that you are able to receive e-mail from our QIOS Servicedesk at the address you provided. Be aware that our Servicedesk e-mail might end up in your Junk-Mail or Spam box!
