QExplorerBar
The
QExplorerBar
enables you to present the user a selection of commands, grouped the way you like it.
The control has the following features:
Special Groups
You can allow each group to be special by altering the color scheme for that group item only.
The first screenshot illustrates a custom colorscheme for the item 'Picture Tasks'.
Animation
Fade and slide animation effects when expanding or collapsing group items.
Images
Define background images for each group item so the groups have a familiar presentation.

Custom expand/collapse button
You can create your own button image and define the background and foreground colors it will have.

Highly customizable
The QExplorerBar is highly customizable, you can modify the paddings, margins and colors of the control, group items, menu items and group panels.
Shading
All group items can show a dropshadow. You can modify the color, thickness and range of the shadow.
Rounded borders
All groupitems and grouppanels can have rounded borders. You can specify which borders should be round and what their size is.
The first screenshot illustrates the default setting that the topleft and topright borders are rounded.
Translucent controls
All items can contain a control. You might make a search pane where users can select one or more selection criteria and press a search button to initate the search process, or you might want to show the details of the currently selected object on your form. The control is placed on a (possible) translucent container so the background gradient and any hot styles are still visible.
The first screenshot illustrates an information control containing 3 labels showing additional information.
Personalize groupitems
You can set groupitems to personalized, so that certain menuitems are invisible until the groupitem is depersonalized, by clicking on the depersonalize button.
