	Qios.DevSuite - Licensing
	You will need one license of QIOS.DevSuite for each developer on your team or project. A license is explicitly not for an entire company, group, project or multiple users. When a license has been legally acquired, QIOS.DevSuite is royalty free at run-time and may be worldwide distributed with the produced application(s) as needed.

	Qios.DevSuite - Licensing process
	You need to activate the QIOS.DevSuite software through the use of the Internet. Technological measures are built in to prevent unlicensed or illegal use of the software. You agree that QIOS is allowed to use those measures and you agree to follow any requirements regarding such technological measures. You may also need to reactivate the software if you modify your computer hardware or alter the software. Product activation is based on the exchange of information between your computer and QIOS. None of the information that is exchanged can be used to identify any personal information about you or any characteristics of your computer configuration. None of the information supplied during the installation or registration process will be forwarded to third parties.

	Qios.DevSuite - Upgrade / redistribution / support policy
	When you own a legal copy of Qios.DevSuite you are allowed to distribute as many applications as you like, royalty free. A Qios.DevSuite 2.x license comes with one year of free support subscription, which contains all major and minor upgrades in that support year, a free build machine license if you own two or more licenses and our fast e-mail support. What if you want to upgrade your 1.x licenses? If you choose to upgrade your 1.x licenses after October 15th 2007 you wil have to pay the reduced upgrade price of 50% per license. After upgrading your licenses, you are entitled again to one year of free support and all major and minor upgrades in that support year. Our Qios.DevSuite Registration & Activation Tool makes it possible for you to quickly activate and deactivate licenses. This feature allows developers to switch licenses from one computer to another within a few seconds, eg. for going out of the office with a portable PC or changing workplace. Support subscription We will have support subscriptions available for Qios.DevSuite 1.x and 2.x version users soon. Support subscriptions for version 2 comes with one year free support: all minor and major upgrades, a free build machine license if you own two or more licenses and our fast e-mail support.
